Carolyn Carter

I am the main staff writer for the Portola Reporter, a small circulation newspaper in the Reno/Tahoe area. I am employed by Feather River Publishing and live in Plumas County. I am a hard working, conscientious employee, and I am passionate about my job.

I have a strong appreciation for horses and I am an avid rider and horse trainer.

I have exceptional people skills and communication skills, both in wirting and verbal. I graduated from CSU Fresno with my degree in Communications, and prior to Fresno, I received an A.S. in Equine Studies in three different concentrations from Feather River College.
