Ms. Trader has served on the following professional organizations: Member of Phi Kappa Phi, Intl., Board of Directors/Advisory service includes: Past-president of the National Black MBA Assoc. Inc., Los Angeles, Advisory member, Business Department-Advisory Board, Santa Monica College. Past board member: National African-American Insurance Agents. Carolyn was nominated finalist for Los Angeles Business Journal, “Women of Achievement-2010” and was named “Who’s Who in Black” (2007). Her professional membership include: National Association of Women MBA’s and National Sales Network, Council member .
Community involvement includes: California Diversity Council, California Association of Non-Profits and the National Black Business Council. She has been honored for her support in diversity and strategic relationships with community and faith-based organizations. She received certification through the Supplier Clearinghouse with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) as WMBE.
