This is undoubtedly my favourite Richard Branson quote, as it speaks volumes about the clear correlation between the training investment put into employees and the value received in return.
I am passionate about education and skill development, and coming from a teaching background, I understand the importance of explaining the “why” we do things – not just the “how”. This passion has led me to the position of co-owner of Rapid Results, alongside my husband Tony.
