My name is Carolyn Fluter, and I am a teacher with RCSD as well as the co-founder and co-owner of YQR Tutors, a Regina-based tutoring company specializing in literacy, numeracy, and support for neurodiverse learners.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Regina. Before becoming a classroom teacher, I worked in Social Services and as a Domestic Violence Counsellor & Child Counsellor with Regina Transition House, experiences that gave me a strong foundation in supporting students both academically and emotionally.
As an educator, I am passionate about helping children build confidence, strengthen skills and reach their potential. Through YQR Tutors, I am proud to extend that work beyond the classroom, offering individualized support to students and families in our community.
