Some of the most telling insights can be uncovered by listening closely and deeply to interactions, both verbal and physical. My unique approach to consumer research highlights these interactions by combining traditional discovery techniques with deep linguistic and behavioral analysis, ethnographic insight and social network theory to crystalize a comprehensive view of people and spaces constantly in flux.

Ralph Waldo Emerson tells us to "leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition" and that to succeed is "to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived." I believe that properly styled language and good design have the power to connect people with ideas even on the most local level, ignite meaning and change, and ultimately leave the world a better place – whether that world is the home, the doctor's office or the boardroom.
