Welcome, I am Carolyn and I live in Western Massachusetts. I have a passion for eating all plant based foods and have an dream of becoming an ultra marathon runner. This is my outlet to share with you my recipes, trainings, and adventures. Next year, I will be completing the UMass, Amherst Dietetic Internship to become a registered dietitian and pursue my dream of helping others.
