Who am I?

My name is Carol, and I am a 17 year old high-schooler trying to find her place in this world. This is what I've discovered so far.

I am empathetic. I am always ready to lend a helping hand or to be someone's rock when times get tough. I am independent, which is probably the result of my lonely upbringing, but that means I can handle myself and am dependable for others. I am logical. My actions are always backed by reasoning, and I rarely allow my heart to steal the reins from my brain (maybe a little rhyme :0). I am reflective. I often find myself introspecting about my actions or experiences. With this comes a consistent tailoring of myself and also a righting what and whom I have wronged. I am growing. Whether it be intellectually or emotionally, but definitely not physically, I'm constantly improving how I impact the world. I love learning, and I always will.

With my vast years of experience, I've also discovered the following activities that I enjoy: taking long walks/runs in nature, finding new music that makes me cry of happiness or sadness, learning about how amazing people and the world are, occasional gardening, and (obligatorily) spending absurd amounts of time with my cats.

Why does this matter?

Honestly, I don't know why I would matter to you, but I hope that after reading about me, you think I matter too.
