Carol Nafula

Caroline Nafula is a Bsc.IT student in Maseno University (class of 2017)

She is a Brand Ambassador at AfricaTalentbank.com (ATB) , a digital Recruitment/Talent Management & Training company that utilizes Web, Mobile applications, Social Media and Video to identify, train and recruit top talent on behalf of our clients & partners who range from fast growth start-ups to multinationals in sectors including: FMCGs (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), Mining, Management Consulting, Legal, Banking and, Venture Capital. ATB also hosts events for youth looking to enter the Corporate world or those looking to start their own businesses. These events include: Careers Fairs, Corporate Graduate Open Days and Entrepreneur bootcamps.

Caroline is a Tech enthusiast with immense passion for computer networks and programming software. She develops mobile applications for Windows 8.1 and Java software solutions. She was part of the development team for ATBChat as well as the project manager with ATB for ATBConnect at AfricaTalentbank.com. She is part of the ATB Webinars development team as well as the main events customer liaison and head of events registration. She is also a blogger on http://caronafula.blogspot.co.ke and writer of fictional works.

In school she is a presenter, script writer and communications manager at Equator FM public radio.

Caroline has a very wide range of experience in leadership and leading organizations. She has served as the Vice President Talent Management then Vice President out going Exchange for AIESEC in Maseno University, team leader for ATB brand Ambassadors in Maseno University.
