Caron Lowe

Long Beach, California, United States

I have been singing since I was 4 years old. I have performed in various choirs and performance groups in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, including LBCC Performance Choir and Orange Coast College Performance Choir as well as singing with the St. Lukes Episcopal Church girl’s choir and adult choir. I have performed with SCC since the winter of 2004 and had the unique opportunity to be able to “come out” to family and friends, and strangers during one of those performances. My memorable roles have been playing the Queen in “The Queens Cabaret”, the Good Queen in “The Two Queens Cabaret” and the Evil Queen in “Sunday into the Park with George”. I have also had other principal and supporting roles in past SCC productions.

I am currently singing with the Steampunk Theater company where I was Woman 1 in the one night only production of Jason Robert Brown's "Songs for a New World" and Andi Jones Productions production of the Christmas Extravaganza "Nuncrackers" where I play Sr. Mary Hubert.

I am also an avid photographer and have sold quite a few photographs at various art shows.
