I believe in life. If each of us lived a purposeful life, not just "following your passion" but creating it instead, we would all be happier and probably live longer too! I am enthusiastic about helping actualize goals, individually, in teams, and even within corporations. I approach each day as an individual opportunity to create something special.

I enjoy exploring my creative side in various aspects, including; program development, empowerment and leadership training, healthy living, and self-expression.

Each day, I try to create the best version of myself, but never forget where I started. I was born and raised in Indiana, so I have Hoosier roots. In my adolescent years, my family moved to Wyoming, which was a huge turning point in my life. I met life long friends, and gained an appreciation for the environment and the space we all live.
