I've worked as a commercial kitchen designer, restaurant supply store branch manager, sales representative and consultant in the food service industry for the last fifteen years. After working for a few years in the food service industry, I made a moved into the Architectural industry. For the last eight years I've worked for various architectural firms in Southern California and I've had the opportunity to work on several large and small projects. This experience as given me a well rounded knowledge of design and construction for various commercial projects, and food service facilities. I recently started, Food Facility Design (a commercial kitchen design consulting business, foodfacilitydesign.com), to provide consulting to architects, owners and interior designers. A former restaurant dishwasher, proud husband and father of two awesome kids and another on the way.
