👋 Nice to meet you, I’m Carrie. I’m a Senior Technical Sourcer & Talent Engagement Specialist for Appian (PaaS) which is headquartered in Mclean, VA.
Appian is hiring Software Engineers, Quality Engineers and Product Managers across all levels in our Engineering department. We are also hiring Managers of Quality Engineering and Software Development.
Culture: I wish I could package up our Engineering culture and share it in one or two sentences… but I can't (I am not good at short). Size of our Engineering Team: Our Engineering department is broken down into Business Units (Appian Data, Intelligent Automation, Cloud Native, Appian Experience, Solutions, etc.) - within each Business Unit are our Squads and each Squad can have as little as 5 people to 20 depending on what they are working towards.
