I was born and raised in Southern California and although I have lived in Oregon for the last 12 years, I will always have a special place in my heart for California. I am drawn to anything that has to do with water...oceans, lakes, ponds, pools even!

I have 2 beautiful daughters, Mia and Paige, and a truly amazing husband who have taught me so much about life and how I want to live my life; the kind of woman, mother, and teacher that I want to be. I am not, and never have been, ok with just leading an average life. When something is not right in my life I work hard to disect the problem and come up with a reasonable solution. I know that life can be a challenge...but I have learned that through these challenges you grow and mold yourself into the person you aspire to be.

I have a passion for health and fitness and have an amazing job as a teacher at St. Mary's Academy in downtown Portland, Oregon. I often wonder how I ended up here; a place that is so dynamic and positive and that truly challenges me to be that person that I work so hard to be, so as to influence even one student to be that person that they want to be.

Recently I have earned my CSCS, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification and work with the St. Mary's Sports Teams pre-season. I am also here to help YOU out if you are looking to get into shape.
