Carrie is the founder of In Motion International, LLC. She helps healthcare professionals bring their best to their business, their team and their relationships. It is critical in this fast paced world to be a high performer in order to effectively build a business and lifestyle of your dreams. She also helps healthcare team members become their best. By doing this they function best in their position with the healthcare entity and in their personal lives. Carrie is one of a kind coach in the healthcare industry.

Carrie has been instrumental in taking a dental practice from under $1 million dollar a year to a multi-million dollar practice during the economic downturn between 2007 and 2014 in a city with a population of roughly 3,000 people.

Carrie believes that striving to become a high performance person requires focus in the areas of Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity and Influence, Psychology, Physiology, Persuasion, and Purpose.

In addition to being a Certified High Performance Coach, Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Equestrian Science, a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, and her Juris Doctorate degree.
