Carrie Hughes
Carrie Hughes
Hailing from Monticello, FL, Carrie Hughes began her career in real estate in 1983, where she eventually worked into management and ownership of her own franchise. Having a paralegal background, Carrie has always been interested in encouraging agents to understand the right way to practice real estate, not necessarily the fast and easy way. Eventually, her passion for teaching and training surfaced. Beginning a 4-year degree program in Workforce Education and Development while in her 40’s, Carrie finally obtained her degree 14 years later! As full time RVers, Carrie and her husband traveled the country as part of an RV ministry from 2006 until recently. She taught pre licensing and post licensing classes in Charleston, SC several times a year and enjoyed presenting several designation courses for the National Association of REALTORS® throughout the country as well. Carrie has worked as a fulltime high-producing REALTOR®, she’s been a competing manager, a noncompeting owner, a trainer and a recruiter during her career in real estate. Now she does what she loves! Excited to be living back in her beloved Florida, Carrie presents courses in a way that will keep agents interested, and her unique sense of humor and life experiences help her to successfully pass information on to her students that will help them pass the State Exam.
