Rex Carroll

I started my own Dutch oven catering business, Carrolls' Custom Cooking, over 15 years ago and have never looked back. We specialize in fried chicken, salmon, and mouth-wateringly delicious cobblers that defy description. Almost anything can be cooked in a Dutch oven, and we love to create a custom menu for each of our our clients' special events.

Outside of Dutch oven catering, I also own a cleaning business as well. I've been happily married for more than 35 years, and my wife Cathy loves musical theatre and traveling. Between work and our hobbies, we stay busy- but that seems to be our secret for staying young!
