Emma Darvill

I graduated in 2003 with a BA Hons in RS and Education, I went on to dabble in Teaching and started my first proper job at Smiths Medical International in 2005 after 5 years in International Customer Services I decided to change career paths and enter into HR. I enrolled onto a CPP course and entered the world of HR with OMSG, I have since gone on to complete year 1 of my CIPD including modules in resourcing and talent planning, leading managing and developing people, skills for business leadership and employment law. Next year I hope to commence my modules in reward and benefit, employee engagement and HR in context. I am currently working in a HR and payroll shared service centre where we are encouraged to challenge processes and think of inavative ways of completing tasks. I am looking for a role that will enhance my exist skills and knowledge and allow me to make a difference within an organisation. I am committed to and passionate about the projects that I take on and would relish in an opportunity to get stuck in !
