I’ve known since I was 13 years old that I wanted to be in sales.
Not just selling, but leading. Building teams. Driving outcomes. Competing at a high level.
That early clarity shaped everything that followed.
I earned a dual major in Professional Sales and Marketing from Florida State University, and from there, built my career in the construction and equipment rental industry. Over time, I’ve worked with contractors, operators, and enterprise accounts across the country, managing multimillion-dollar relationships and helping customers solve real problems on active jobsites.
Today, I serve in a sales leadership role at Downstream, where we’re building a modern marketplace for equipment rentals and site services. Our goal is simple: make it easier for contractors to source everything they need, anywhere in the country, without the friction that typically comes with procurement in this industry.
What drives me is the challenge of scaling teams and building systems that perform under pressure. Construction is a fast-moving, high-stakes environment where execution matters more than anything. I focus on developing sales teams that don’t just close deals, but take ownership of outcomes and deliver consistently for customers.
My leadership style is grounded in accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement. I believe in coaching at the deal level, understanding the full picture behind every opportunity, and creating a culture where performance is measured, expected, and improved every week.
At the core of it, I’m passionate about growth. Growing teams. Growing revenue. Growing people into high performers.
