I am supportive of those around me and like to communicate my thoughts and ideas with other, while also listening and considering to what they have to say. I enjoy helping my friends and providing support to people who need it. I do this by listening instead of controlling conversations, and seeing things from other peoples perspectives. My ability to listen well positively affects both me, as I can understand people better, and those around me, because we can effectively work together if our communication is strong.
