I'm a curious guy and passionate about finance and technology. I'm fascinated by the way companies like Apple, Google, Twitter, Facebook, Netflix, Amazon, and so many others took an idea and relentlessly pursued excellence. No sacred cows, no holding back. Just raw courage and good old fashioned hard work.

I've worked in businesses large and small and have a knack for getting the important things done. My work includes investor relations corporate finance, investment & commercial banking and managing large-scale events. One time I had an iguana, snake, and monkey all in my “office” uninvited. That was a good day. I was also in a bank once… while it was being robbed. That was a bad day.

I’m a Tennessee native who moved out West. I miss good old fashioned Southern cooking but not the state bird (the mosquito). A quick run down the beach makes me forget my worries and enjoy my adopted home of California.

I've also volunteered for numerous relief work projects as a certified recovery diver and technical rescue & recovery specialist.
