A graduate of Johnson C. Smith University, Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow and The National Association of Life Underwriters, my experience eclipses 36 years. I am the Owner and Operator of Carter Insurance & Financial Services located in Charlotte, NC. We're licensed to sell and service in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. I currently serve on the North Carolina Department of Insurance Agent Advisory Committee to provide a voice in the regulatory process as it relates to the business of insurance in the State of North Carolina.
