Cary Glenn

As Main Beach Realty’s founder and president, Cary Glenn is responsible for the firm’s overall development and property acquisition and has overseen its growth to generating $300 million in sales. In addition, Cary Glenn has sales and leadership experience with a range of firms, including the Los Angeles-based Genlyte, where he initially served as the director of marketing and manufacturing.

After several years with the company, he was promoted to vice president of sales, where he was responsible for over $1 billion in worldwide sales and helped to increase revenue by 30 percent over two years. Following this, he worked with Cooper Industries in a similar role, where he oversaw a large distribution center and managed the engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Before founding Main Beach Realty, Mr. Glenn was the president of Southern California Illumination, which he founded in 1992. Overseeing the company for close to a decade, he established the firm as it became a leading lighting manufacturer representative in the state.

Cary Glenn holds a bachelor of science in economics, which he earned at the University of Arizona.
