With over twenty years of experience, Cary Michael Cox has been involved in the real estate and mortgage industries his entire professional career. Prior to joining Rate Mortgage, he owned his own mortgage banking and real estate company. Because of his real estate experience, Cary Michael Cox knows the importance of communicating with all parties – his client, their Realtor, and the seller's Realtor during a purchase transaction. This knowledge helps him navigate mortgage transactions smoothly and efficiently.

Cary Michael Cox is a native Houstonian and graduated from Memorial High School, a nationally recognized exemplary school. He has a BA from The University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, Cary Michael Cox continued his education and completed the post-graduate curriculum to become a licensed real estate and mortgage banker.
