I have over a decade’s experience in digital project management, strategy, and UX design for digital products and services, and have managed projects requiring intensive client stakeholder involvement.

I take a very hands-on approach and use the latest tools to contribute to the design and product development process. I’ve worked with a wide range of content management and project management systems, A/B testing, personalisation, and analytics tools on a daily basis. To test out ideas and user journeys, I use wireframing and prototyping software. I also believe in a test, measure, learn approach.
