Currently she's the founder and CEO of the Rosario group a hospitality and consulting firm based out of NYC. Casandra is a magnetic communicator who uses her platform, Food Before Love to connect with food lovers and introduce them to the culinary experiences life is made of.

She also serves on the board of a Non for Profit Organization, the Be Gr8 Foundation as Chair, which is dedicated to enriching, empowering and supporting the Public school educational systems in New York City.
