Cascade was established in 2011 by Emma Waterfall and was profitable from its first month of trading. Our commitment to building and maintaining client relationships resulted in steady growth and, in under six years since starting out, Cascade helped over 50 intricate developments gain planning consent. Despite Cascade's relative youth as a company, it is frequently short-listed to pitch against much larger agencies, winning blue-chip clients including Sainsbury's, Transport for London and British Land.
