Casey Breitenbach

I’ve always loved houses, design, and the people behind them. Growing up around construction and entrepreneurship eventually led me to real estate, where I found the perfect mix of both.

Today, I’m the Broker-in-Charge and owner of Brighten Real Estate Group, helping clients buy, sell, invest, and relocate to Upstate South Carolina. My husband, Seth, is a residential builder, and together we also own ARC Rentals, helping property owners manage their investments.

Our businesses are very much family-built and community-focused. I also renovated an older building in Chesnee that became our office and The Bright Spot, a small event venue available for local gatherings.

My path hasn’t always been smooth. I stepped away from real estate during the downturn of 2008–2011, worked other jobs, raised our family, and eventually came back determined to earn my broker’s license and build something of my own.

I believe life is short, opportunities are worth exploring, and when the research makes sense, sometimes you just have to take the leap.
