Casey Federman

Casey Federman is a member of the senior management team at Martell Capital Group LLC (dba "Irongate"), an investment and real estate development firm based in Los Angeles. Mr. Federman draws on extensive experience in finance, law, and business development as he helps lead Irongate's pursuit of high end residential and commercial transactions.

Since he joined Irongate in 2005, Mr. Federman and the rest of the senior management team have successfully executed several major projects, including Trump International Hotel & Tower at Waikiki Beach Walk in Oahu. Mr. Federman's investment banking and legal background have prepared him well for restructuring opportunities, including Irongate's work to turnaround Hokuli'a, a 1,550-acre oceanfront community on the Kona Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. Mr. Federman and other key personnel within the firm succeeded in repositioning Hokuli'a by redirecting its focus, streamlining its costs and infrastructure, and optimizing its sales and marketing strategy.

Casey Federman completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and moved on to pursue a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Prior to Irongate, Mr. Federman was a practicing corporate and real estate attorney at Christensen Miller in Los Angeles and before that he worked for several years in sports management.
