Nerd by birth; chemist by training. Self-employed IT Consultant by trade. So, yeah, nerd.

Other interests include food, wine, technology, animals, design, and wine.

I grew up in Hartsville, SC, and went to Clemson University, graduating in 2006. I came back to Hartsville for a position as an R&D Chemist specializing in materials analysis, reverse engineering, and pocket protectors. I did hardcore analytical chemistry there for eight years before striking out on my own to form an independent IT Consulting company, Bear Squared, in 2016.

As a self-employed IT consultant, I specialize in data analytics and visualization alongside small business tech support including POS systems, web development, and hardware support.

Outside of the office, I love my community and have enjoyed being a part of the amazing growth and development in Hartsville. Serving with Main Street Hartsville, Hartsville Young Professionals, and other organizations has been fruitful, rewarding, and at times exhausting.
