Casey Ho
Casey spent most of his formative years in a British boarding school. He was a disenchanted student, attempting to answer some of life's more bemusing questions, such as what is the meaning of life? Is there a God?
After his A Levels, he packed his life, as he knew it, into two luggages and relocated back to sunny Singapore. Due to the transient nature of his ambitions, he decided that he would pursue the most generic degree National University of Singapore has to offer, a BBA with a minor in Technology Entrepreneurship. Through NUS Entrepreneurship Society he realized his deep-seated passion for Entrepreneurship and his love for networking. Being a Type O, he feels empowered by his "universal donor" status to be a blessing to others, and building a business which will benefit the people he loves seems to be the natural choice.
Casey prides himself to be a global villager, his resume boasting of several overseas internships at a Solicitor's Firm (Cambridge), Power Wynn Energy Technology Co, Ltd (Shanghai) and Grand Libra Limited (Hong Kong). Currently, he is on the iLEAD (innovative Local Enterprise Achiever Development) Programme, working at a local start-up.
In his free time, Casey reads ferociously, without discrimination towards any genre, and unabashedly confesses his love for chicklit. He also loves films, especially trips to the cinema, and has a love-hate relationship with writing. He feels he shouldn't have to prove his worth because his writing is hardly enough insight into his mind; yet at the same time, rereading his own mastery of an idea gives him great satisfaction. His philosophy hasn't changed much.
Perhaps, the one defining fact you should know about Casey, is that he loves and fears God wholeheartedly, to whom he has everything to thank for.
