During the day I work for Shopify. My primary responsibility is collecting business requirements from different departments and translating them into a scalable business process.
As a certified Salesforce Administrator and certified Salesforce Developer I am responsible for the setup and maintenance of our Salesforce instance. I also design and oversee integration architecture for data going in and out of our CRM.
To compliment this I have a business realated degree and was previously a support developer at Shopify. Before I was a geek, I was a jock - as the Video Coordinator for a National Basktball Association Franchise.
