Cash Cunningham

A veteran of the appraising and auctioning industries, Cash Cunningham holds auctioneering licenses in 11 states. With a staff of trusted and experienced professionals, he completes more than 500 appraisals and runs about 200 real estate and personal property auctions annually. Cash Cunningham works with a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government entities and financial institutions. The Unites States Bankruptcy Court, in addition to the New York State Supreme Court 8th Judicial District and New York State Court of Claims, frequently calls upon him to testify as an expert valuation witness. Mr. Cunningham has also lectured at Canisius College on methods of valuation. His appraisal specialties include machine tools, logging and construction equipment, furniture, transportation, and real estate. A graduate of the Certified Auctioneer Institute at Indiana University, Cash Cunningham endeavors to keep his knowledge of the industry as current as possible by regularly attending seminars. He has attended programs on auction marketing, environmental aspects of real estate appraisals, and income property appraising. Additionally, he has completed coursework through the National Auctioneers Association and an accreditation class offered by the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. Actively involved with his professional community, Cash Cunningham belongs to the Machinery Dealers National Association, Investment Recovery Association, and National Auctioneers Association. He previously functioned as the Director of the New York State Auctioneers Association. Cash Cunningham serves clients through Cash Realty & Auctions, which offers nationwide services at locations in Florida and New York. By assisting clients, he facilitates their maximization of income when selling assets.
