Cash Guts is a fifth grade student at Seattle's TOPS Elementary whose favorite subjects are world history, anthropology, and archaeology. He particularly enjoys studying World War I, World War II, and Egyptian history. Supplementing his classroom-based education, Cash Guts is a member of the Young Archaeologists' Club and the National Speech and Debate Association. He previously attended Seattle's Lowell Elementary School, where he earned two Student of the Month awards.

In addition to his academic success, Cash is a socially-conscious student who supports a variety of important causes at the local, national, and international level. He was given the Drum Major for Justice Award in 2015 for his volunteer support of Seattle's homeless community and, the following year, donated his birthday money to Syrian refugees. He also participated in the 2017 March on Washington in support of women's rights and is a passionate animal rights activist and vegetarian.

Outside of his educational and social justice passions, Cash enjoys playing video games, biking, skateboarding, and playing the guitar, drums, and piano. He also enjoys spending time in nature and has climbed Bandera Mountain, explored numerous national parks, and camped in the Pacific Northwest.
