Caskie Collet

Caskie Collet is currently the Chief Operating Officer of The Reliant Group. Since joining the San Francisco-based firm seven years ago, he has directed all asset management activities. He orchestrates financing, refinancing, and sales of portfolio and CAP fund investments. All told, Caskie Collet is responsible for nearly 9,000 multi-family units nationwide.

Caskie Collet began his career as a Senior Asset Manager with Midland Loan Services, LP. During his four years with the Kansas City company, he participated in the securitization of $288 million in non- and under-performing loans. Individually, he disposed of more than 50 non-performing commercial assets.

In the years that followed, Caskie Collet attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a MBA with a focus on entrepreneurial finance. He worked in investment banking in New York and San Francisco and later headed U.S. operations for a Canadian video production company, Chalk Network.

In 2001, Caskie Collet launched a consulting firm, Collet Enterprises. The company concentrated on identifying investment prospects, understanding market opportunities, structuring and securing financing, and delivering tangible returns. Notably, he performed the financial analysis and due diligence on a $350 million acquisition of apartments and industrial properties. Immediately prior to joining The Reliant Group, Collet served as the Vice President of Sherwood Partners, in Palo Alto, California.

Caskie Collet serves on the Board of Directors of the Ross School Foundation and the Glide Economic Development Corporation. He also acts in an advisory capacity for a number of nonprofits that provide affordable housing, including Equality Community Housing, Placet Development, and the Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation.
