Put aside me and my agenda, I am here for you.

As a teacher I hold the door open for students to awaken and become united with the larger flow of life, find balance and feel good on the inside out. I am known to transmit the deeper subtleties of Yoga with clarity. Both challenging and supporting students to go deeper into the moment, leaving them with a greater understanding of how Yoga can enhance their life experience.

As a studio-less teacher aka yogi-preneur, I specialize in the art of private yoga instruction — taking yoga back to the seat of the teacher. My path of learning and self-awareness has led me on an adventure in pursuit of magic, marvel and mystery of understanding who we are as human beings.

Haha and Vinyasa certified, though I do not label my teachings as any one traditional type, I have an insatiable curiosity for new ways of understanding movement, wellness and mindfulness, always deeply committed to the Yoga framework.

Through a dynamic teaching method, unique to Yoga posture praxis, I focus on the awakening the intelligence of your organism, rather than the development of skill or power. Instead of emphasizing what you can do (in terms of flexibility, alignment, strength or concentration) I emphasis on what you can feel. At the same time rather than being based on tradition I base my instruction on the nature of your needs, capabilities and intelligence of the body. By being sensitive to the sensations being generated by the wisdom of your body, momen
