I'm Cedric Cassagnes-Gourdon, a Cash Management Expert with over 10 years of experience helping organizations optimize their treasury operations, improve financial flows, and strengthen operational resilience.

At BNP Paribas, I led a team of 16 analysts, managed group-wide critical incidents, and delivered high-impact solutions for VIP clients. My role involved deep technical and functional expertise in cash management, service excellence, and team development.

Currently, at Redbridge, I work as an Associate Director in treasury advisory. I lead transformation projects focused on treasury optimization, TMS implementation, cash flow forecasting, and working capital efficiency. I help large corporates align their treasury operations with strategic business goals through pragmatic, results-driven solutions.

Earlier in my career, I gained solid experience in financial controlling, SAP FICO, and VBA automation. I also served in the Gendarmerie Nationale, where I developed strong values in discipline, teamwork, and operational leadership.

I hold a Master’s in Finance from ISC Paris and a Finance degree from Munich Business School. Based near Paris, I operate across Europe to help organizations make their cash and treasury operations a true strategic lever.
