My name is Cassandra, I live in the beautiful city of Toronto, Ontario located in Canada and I am a food, fitness, music and wine enthusiast.

I will soon be working for an amazing fitness company called Orangetheory Fitness as an ambassador.

Some of my favourite things to do are, learning and reading about fitness and nutrition, eating out, enjoying a nice glass of wine at the end of a long day or even on the weekends when I just hang about my house, I love to read and write, burst into song as if I were in my own musical ( I wish) , musicals and music really make my soul happy and I am trying to bring more positive energies into my life.
