Cassandra Nelson is an occupational therapist and a graduate of the post-professional doctorate of occupational therapy program at Quinnipiac University where her research focused on pediatric pelvic health and urinary incontinence. Most recently she has developed the peer-reviewed Occupational Therapy Handbook for Pediatric Urinary Incontinence in the Home, School, and Outpatient Settings. She is also specialized in ergonomic assessment, oncology rehabilitation, acute care, and early mobilization. Cassandra offers consulting services in both ergonomic and pediatric pelvic health assessments.

When she is not working, Cassandra enjoys being a adaptive ski instructor, playing the accordion, traveling and hiking.
