Hey, I’m Cassandra. I am currently a student in the Creative Industries program at Ryerson University, and I'm also a freelance graphic designer for my company CXNCreations. I am also a published poet on the side. I've always had a passion for art and design, and I hope to have a fulfilling career in the advertising industry and one day open my own advertising firm. For as long as I can remember, I've loved traditional art. I decided to switch over the graphic design in 2020 because of the increased opportunities, and I ended up falling in love with it. I've also always had a keen interest in psychology and new I wanted to be an entrepreneur, so I decided to choose a career field that allows me to explore all three: advertising. In this industry I also get to bring out the poetic side of me at times, for example when creating attention grabbing and clever statements.
My studies at Ryerson help me develop my skills in graphic design and graphic communications as a whole, as well as business. I am always working towards building my career and knowledge, while exploring my interests and doing what makes me feel happy and fulfilled.
