Cassandra Arcaina

Hi, my name is Cassandra Arcaina. I was born and raised in the capital city of Philippines, Manila, and just moved here to Langley, BC, Canada in 2016. Before leaving the Philippines, I went to University of Santo Tomas and graduated with a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management degree. I have been working in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry for over 3 years and I am currently employed as a barista. Being able to work in the industry has helped me to discover that I possess excellent customer service skills. Going above and beyond of what’s asked of me has been a norm. People find me to be friendly and approachable all the time that’s why customers became my friends as well. As a step further to improve my skills, I am currently studying Travel and Tourism Management at Canadian Tourism College. My interests range from travel to food. I am also interested in reading, movies and animals.
