Dr. Cassi Fields

Dr. Cassi L. Fields, as CEO, has set the course for Fields Consulting Group in McLean, Virginia from the time she opened its doors in 1992. Dr. Fields has dedicated her career to public safety selection, promotion and training. Her greatest achievements have been when she assisted public safety agencies undo years of litigation claiming employment discrimination in promotions by designing fair and transparent testing programs for all candidates. Dr. Fields has developed strong professional relationships with about 40 federal and local public safety agencies in over 30 jurisdictions. Dr. Fields is a member, and often serves in an officer role, of many professional organizations including the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, the Personnel Testing Council of Metro Washington D.C., the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Virginia Public Safety Foundation, to name just a few. Dr. Fields holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
