Born with an entrepreneur spirit, Cassio Krupinsk is motivated by challenges that stimulate his creativity, willingness to innovate and ability to strategize. Cassio graduated from the prestigious Belas Artes College in São Paulo and began his career as an assistant to the the brothers Joseph and Moise Safra for almost two years. However, at age 22, his impulses drove him towards creating his own brand of sunglasses, while also working as a model in São Paulo. His brand Volv eyewear, came to have 320 points of sale in Brazil. That was just the kickoff for his practical learning as an entrepreneur. He then embarked into the online universe, where in 2007, he created the first crowdfunding platform in Brazil and, from this idea, he developed the pioneering social networking e-commerce, the Oxibiz. Two years ago, he founded WI Group, a technology innovation company. With a portfolio of more than 16 established startups, among the latter, comes Lavme; an application following the UBER model for car wash that stimulates inclusive entrepreneurship and professional training, as well as Nails Ink application, the same application model for manicures. Extroverted, determined and lover of extreme sports - which also reflects his passion for challenges and freedom - Startups enthusiast, he joined to add all their know-how as an entrepreneur focused on disruptive innovation and neuromarketing. Cassio currently, helps entrepreneurs in pursuit of their dreams; giving lectures on topics as innovation, technology and entrepreneurship. Creator and founder of Models Incubator (Disruptive platform for the fashion world) whose facilities generate a reality within a dreamy glamorous segment which requires innovation.
