Cassondra Liles

Cassondra was born in Maryland and studied abroad in Honduras. She graduated from Salisbury Universtiy with an International Business degree and studied for her masters at the University of Maryland.

Cassondra moved to Raleigh in 1995 and worked as a Program Manager for Cisco Systems. After six years in the technology field she decided to leave corporate life and for a move to real estate in 2001. She married her husband Robbie in 2001 as well and they now have three children. Robbie is a custom builder and they often work as a team on new construction projects.

Cassondra's background in technology and enthusiasm for real estate have made her a top producer in this industry. She enjoys giving back to the community through the Garner Mid-Day Rotary Club, by serving on KS Bank's Advisory Board, and as former board member of the Garner Chamber of Commerce.

Cassondra has many real estate accomplishments including being top sales agent in her firm. She is currently the Chair of the JCAR Top Producer's Counciland she has earned the following designations: e-Pro,Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), Short-Sales & Foreclosure Certification (SFS), as well asAccredited Staging Professional (ASP).
