Cassy Calma

I am a hard working country gal that strives for excellence in human resources. Growing up I learned that through respect and dedication, I can build lasting relationships while keeping business policies and culture in mind. At the moment, I am an HR Coordinator for Baldor Electric Company, where I am building my skills for my future career, HR Manager. I am working by advancing my skills and education so that I will be ready to take a HR Management position at one of Baldor's great plants. I love helping and caring about people in the plant. I believe that my love for people has grown from working with them on the lines at Baldor. I started at Baldor in 2007 as a temporary and through hard work and character, have climbed my way up the ladder.
