Little did Latoya Cater know that when she secured a position as a waitress at the Gospel Cafe and Restaurant, that it would birth a passion for decorating centre pieces and planning events – Through Latoya’s involvement with creating the decor for various events such as birthday parties, weddings and other celebrations, did she realize the passion she possessed within. Although she has always had a special interest in styling (hair, clothes, home etc.) she admits that she was confronted by such passion only after she began working at the cafe. Latoya finds excitment, inspiration and fulfillment with each centre piece she creates. She is passionate about her work as she creates personalized pieces that are inspired by her clients – it is through the clients needs, personality or personal brands (for businesses) that she is motivated to create the perfect piece and event decor. Latoya has created special and lasting memories for many special occasions since the launch of her business and she is looking forward to creating many more.
