1983-Marks the start of a story. Born in Locri in south of Italy, the village once formed part of the Magna Grecia. I was raised with the values and teachings of a secular heritage.
2001-2006- The years of the big exploration venturing outside of the confines of the comfortable native nest. I pursued an education in Rome and received a Bachelor degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Lumsa University, a school whose historic leverage derived from discipline and rigorous academics. Title received with a GPA of 3.7
2007-2009-The voracious thirst for knowledge leads to the acquisition of a Master Degree in Communication and Language Art with a GPA of 3.6 at Lumsa University.
2009-2010- Time to put good purposes and teachings into action while making the first steps into the Hospitality field. August to October 2009 have been dedicated to the initiation into the fine art of tailoring excellent stays at the Grand President Hotel, a four stars property located in Siderno, South of Italy. I successfully completed an internship as a front office agent and a representative of the Hotel in charge of assisting Argentinian groups of tourists staying at the Hotel. April 2010 paved the way for a new challange: a postion in Spain as a front office agent at the Hotel Sant Louis, a four stars property forming part of the S'Algar resort in Menorca.
2010-2011- These years were ripe with growth opportunities that ultimately led to the start of an MBA in Hospitality at Johnson & Wales University in the attempt to receive more insights on the business of Happiness. A strong will and dedication landed a position as a Teaching Assistant at both the Universities' practicum facilities; I worked as a Night Auditor and Teaching Assistant at the Johnson and Wales Inn from December 2010 to September 2011 and transferred to the Radisson Providence Airport on September 2011 to April 2012. The Radisson Providence Airport holds a leading position in the chart of Hotels belonging to the Radisson brand in North America. Scores are based on the guest's satisfaction surveys submitted on Medallia.
2012- Currently ending my course of study with a GPA of 3.75 and reaching out for growth opportunities in the hospitality business.
