Hi, my name is Cate. I'm currently in the process of setting up as a self-employed home helper and personal assistant in Seaford.

I have over 25 years of experience working as an office manager and personal assistant for various types of businesses, where I was often jokingly referred to as the 'office counsellor'!

I then transitioned into a caregiving role supporting my parents through their final years and assisting a couple of retired friends with general domestic support. Since then, I have taken some time out of work to relax and focus on my interest in psychology.

Originally from South London, I now live a peaceful life by the coast with my husband Michael and an eccentric seagull that has seemingly adopted us!

In my spare time, I usually like to read non-fiction books, listen to music or watch TV dramas, documentaries and old comedies. I also love learning new things, exploring different places, dining out and having a chat over a glass of wine or two in a local pub.
