Over the last 11 years, Cat has held senior strategy positions in a number of agency, tech and business start-ups in the UK and France, in addition to being a self-employed consultant, supporting businesses on marketing, product, brand, business development and innovation; she has led high-profile social and digital, insight, strategy and change management work for blue chip companies such as L’Oreal, Reckitt Benckiser Global, Toyota Motors Europe, Disney EMEA and US and Mondelez International.

She has recently decided to escape workaholism and become a digital nomad working in both Melbourne and London.

Cat believes in bigger picture thinking, empowering the individual, finding new synergy, opening up IP, co-creating with others to develop new products and services and building shared capital to benefit and empower a global community.
