Brief Bio on yourself: I started with Vodafone on 12th August 2002 in pre paid registrations and over the past 9 years I have moved around departments such as In Pre Paid Care, On Account care, V-Team (Upgrades), SME (Subject Matter Expert). Since 2007 I was in and out of training and SME. In May 2010 I obtained a permanent roll in the Learning Team where I train 3 & Vodafone Upgrades, Business, Corporate, Vodafone & CJ’s TIO, Vodafone Care and Vodafone MNP

What do you love about your role: Over the past 9 years as part of the VHA family, my time either as an agent or with the Learning team has been challenging, rewarding and exciting as I have met and worked with (and still do) with some amazing people and through training I have seen a wide range of personalities come into the business.

How have you grown: Since that day back in 2002, over the past 9 and a bit years has shaped me to be the person I am today both personally and professionally. I have grown up into the person I am today and I am continuing to grow every day as I don’t believe that you ever stop growing. I have stretched myself more than I thought I could by stepping out of my comfort zone and trying new things.

Most amazing thing you've ever done: I get to hang out with Deano every day... Most amazing thing beside meeting my husband and getting married was helping to design and build my house – that would have to be the most rewarding feeling ever.
