Catherine Jackson

Hi! I'm Catherine - a daughter, sister, college student, and friend. Most people that know me say I am an "old soul." I always hung out with the adults as I grew up, I'd rather stay in on a Friday night with friends, I have a tendency to fall asleep before 11 pm (more like 10 if we are being honest!), and early mornings are my favorite part of the day. When I'm not studying at school (Anchor Down!), I love spending time with my family, practicing yoga, cooking, and shopping at little local shops/boutiques. I also have a strange obsession with tea, anything cinnamon (especially tea), and apples with almond butter.
